Internet access!!

I finally have got Internet access setup at home. It's been 4 months since my access was limited to my lunch hours at work. Now I can post pictures. Here I've posted several pictures. Some are from work stuff and others are just of the town and valley. Enjoy.

Santa Clause made an early appearance for the 2006 Motorcyle Run Toys for Tots in support of the Salvation Army's Christmas Hamper program. The event was organised and run entirely by community members. 2 more runs were held in other nearby towns. Posted by Picasa

This is the Salvation Army hydration station. This was taken at a weekly practice that the firefighters hold on Tuesdays to keep their skills sharp and to develop new skills. Posted by Picasa

The command officer waits outside while the firefighters work inside. This is a smokehouse drill during a weekly practice. Posted by Picasa

The two bridges. The undertruss is the rail bridge. The other is the bridge for vehicles and pedestrians. That is the only way to cross the river in town. There is a ferry that crosses several kilometers south of town (it is currently closed because of low water levels). Posted by Picasa
